Bryan Lucay, CEO/President has over 15 years of experience in construction management as a superintendent for Shea Homes and Brookfield Homes. Because of his experience, Bryan leads GroundWorks with the expertise necessary to meet the needs of the demanding homebuilder industry. Bryan personally conducts R&D analysis of all new products to ensure that GroundWorks’ services exceed his clients’ expectations for beauty and durability. To ensure GroundWorks is always ready to incorporate the latest landscaping and concrete design trends, Bryan attends specialty, hands-on seminars throughout the year to enhance his creative and artistic abilities. Michele Lucay, CFO/Secretary has 13 years of experience in the management and financial aspects of construction. She has handpicked a detail-oriented administrative team that is focused on client satisfaction. Recently, she consolidated GroundWorks’ customer service functions with account representatives assigned to every client and vendor. This new alignment expedites administrative functions and allows customers and vendors to build a rapport with their representative.
Lalo Sanchez, Operations Manager. With 15 years of experience in the concrete trade, Lalo is a talented and valuable member of the management team. He works closely with Bryan and Michele to determine the growth and direction of the company. His creativity and knowledge of the concrete trade enhance the R&D processes that GroundWorks performs prior to offering new services to clients. Lalo is the driving force working in conjunction with the landscape, concrete and masonry superintendents to ensure the quality and professionalism of all our work. He sees that all deadlines are met and that GroundsWorks’ bids are submitted to clients in a comprehensive and easy to understand manner.
